Included with this rare title is an original, vintage Portfolio photogravure from Portfolio XVI of Curtis’ masterwork, The North American Indian. Entitled “Timu-Cochiti”, the image measures 15 3/8 x 11 3/8″ on a 22 x 18″ Deckle Edge Vellum Sheet. Negative Date: Circa 1923. Print Date: Circa 1923. Limited (unnumbered) edition of less than 300 prints.1985, First Edition, Chronicle Books, 13 1/2 x 10 1/4″, 256 pages, over 200 duotone plates and 10 four-color plates.
